Book Possibilities?
It seems as though I am always messing around writing something. It might be the first page or so of the next great American novel or a few exchanges of dialogue. Sometimes it turns out to be a whimsical few paragraphs of some event, real or imagined, that sees to get stuck in my head. Mercifully, most of it never sees the light of day.
Once in a while an idea is worth continued work to see if by chance something of value can come from that first idea. Some of the stuff I will "publish" on this website under the EXPERIMENTS heading and that will be the end of considerations on them. Others will get more work. I have listed below some of the things I am currently working on. Only time will tell what their end result will be.
1. Montana Album vol 3: Missouri Breaks. My views of the Upper Missouri Breaks National Monument. These will not be the traditional sweeping vistas taken from a canoe or raft on the river. This should be a fun one for me to do.
2. Montana Album vol 4: Forts. There were many structures referred to as forts that were built in the Montana territory during the early days of settlement. Some lasted only a few months while some others are still standing today. I want to see what a visitor can see of them today.
